i dont live in london but i have driven in london on many an occasion. i seriously think they shouldnt call any emergency vehicle "rapid response" in London,they should be called.

I think the British police and ambulance services do a great job of making their vehicles visible.
The way they utilize the large square reflectors is really a great idea.
Here in my city, they only use the reflective stripes in the rear of the vehicles, but not on the sides.
