Crown stays are bolts that secure the roof of the inner firebox to the outer firebox.

  • @craigcromack Yes I do agree with you there.

  • @penninefilms same here but many people seem to love her in Apple Green. So i suppose that we should be thankful that she will be running at all.

  • @craigcromack I would love it if they left hirer in the war time black.

  • @penninefilms she will be doing her mainline tours in august i think but she will be on display at the museum on 28th may in wartime black.

  • this is old i have seen images of it in its frames/ will it ever come back down to exeter???
