@specialistsound I'm not sure if you realize, but cinavia is only used when movies are in theatres, meaning it's used to protect screeners. Once a movie is released on dvd there is no cinavia in use.
Can you make a review of some of mediaplayers from DX? I want to buy a mediaplayer in DX, prcie about $95 to $120. Can you help me chose a player? I prefer internal HDD placement ( I have Seagate barracuda 320GB 3.5")
this seems better than the one from WD, butdoes it play those 'torrent downladed' files well or does it lag a lot, likea lot of other multimedia players?
@rawdmon , hmmmm,usefull information cheers

@googley98, as long as you have the latest firmware installed, you'll be fine. Go to the Patriot forums for more info.

@Eron55555 Yeh, that's relatively new. People are finding ways to filter the audio to remove the embedded code anyways. This DRM will fail.

@rawdmon Incorrect.. Cinavia is mastered on the sound track of new bluray movies.

is it cinavia protected? Basically, since i updated my ps3, its pretty much rendered the ps3 useless as a media server. thx
