@dylanduCrakhead every time you go to a dealer they might have different things. I did not have enough went back and it was gone

Everyone it is near the warehouse that merchant behind bars is there. You can find him also by found the mission where u go to the sewer and u escort the guy. He says look at that greedy guy.

Just for the record guys, he didn't had it at my first and second try(if I'm not wrong even at the third try), but when I teleported there after searching on the lifeguard tower at the 2nd time, he had it. So try teleporting between acts until he has it. Good luck.

Travel somewhere else (the resort, the jungle) and then go back and he should be selling it again. If that doesn't work, try it again.

hey im in the prison bit at the moment like 90% campaign done, when i complete the game does it become free roam, and you just do sidequest etc? Can u get it then do you know?

@DandierLobsterHD once you beat the game, you get to start the campaign all over again, but with the same weapons, items, level and skills you chose during the previous campaign. you'll be able to get it the next time around.

@TheFullthrottleOwnag did you choose the same character? If not, then you don't get to keep everything. They show you a notification about if you want start the story over with your previous level, skills etc. Hope that helps!

@Seabass078 I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter because by the time you're there you'll be around level 10-15 and won't have any use for the Stingray Tail yet.
