Meet Mindy Lubber. Mindy Lubber was a founding board member of Ceres, Inc., in 1989 and became its president in 2003. The organization's goal is to advance institutional responsibility and environmental sustainability, persuading corporations to change their practices by galvanizing institutional investors.
More than two dozen companies took action on climate change as a result of Ceres' 2003 summit. Its 2005 convening produced a 10-point Call for Action that includes an investor commitment of $1 billion to clean energy technology.
Ceres now plans to persuade 25 more companies to make public commitments on climate change by 2008.
Be sensible, do what you can, but don't buy into all the green propaganda. If you have an eco-guilty conscience Al Gore's company Generation Investment Management (Google) will sale you carbon credits to ease your pain. His 22 room mansion, limo's, and private jet leave a much larger carbon footprint than you. He's getting rich off global warming.

Going Green is all about marketing, look around you who's jumped on the 'Green Marketing Bandwagon'? Just about every major corporation, that's who! Any product manufactured can be approved as a green product, because there are 100's of Green certification companies that have no guidelines on what makes a product green. Example: Fiberglass insulation which carries a 'Cancer Warning Label' (just like tobacco), has been certified 'Green'. It's cheap, it causes cancer, and it's green. Wonderful!

Companies is as environmental as it is profitable. Being green is very profitable because of governmental supports.
