@619stanley Thanks for understanding my opinion. I wasn't really trying to start and argument, just making a point. And thanks for not getting pissed off about it either. But I can see why they change things because it makes it more saleable to channels.

@619stanley Wait what was you valid point? That I think America makes everything more American. Well that's true, if you live in America you might not notice it, but if you live somewhere else in the worlds there are many examples of programmes called like Total Wipeout USA or Top Gear USA. What was wrong with the originals? Nothing. The reason I was talking about the difference in comedy was so you didn't think I was just randomly hating an American comedy.

@619stanley I don't know what 2nd grade is. Seriously I can give good reasons why I think this show sucks, but I doubt you can good reasons why you are responding to one comment I made. In the UK a lot of comedy is irony or sarcasm, this is more direct comments. Therefore most of these jokes I don't think are funny, and quite vulgar. When done well you get something good like Family guy/American Dad. It's cultural differences, go watch some Monty Python or Red Dwarf and see how different it is.

You won't stereotype race but you will stereotype based on nationality? That doesn't add up. Also, is this 2nd grade or what? Does it even matter who started this "argument" anyway?

@619stanley When did I say I hate America. I just think that American TV companies tend to dub everything to be more "American". Which just seams silly. Original American programmes like CSI and stuff are great, so I don't have a problem with American TV. And why would I hate on someone because of the country they come from, racism is something I disagree with.
