    Thank you for sharing your struggles over your weight loss.

    May I give you some very unsolicited ideas that may help? Activity- just move. Park away from the store, mow the lawn, walk everyday for 20 min, etc. You might really enjoy group classes-being with others can be lots of fun.

    Why don't you try cutting out grains for1-2wks. If you have any kind of sensitivities going on your body will not drop wt. Hope this helps, with your tenacity you will succeed!

  • You are totally right about making the small changes. I've been cutting out simple carbs (potatoes, pasta, bread) out of my diet in the evenings. Usually lunchtime too. I haven't been able to do it every day of the week yet, but it's a process I'm working toward.

  • I lost a certain amount of weight without exercising then then suddenly the loss stopped so I feel your pain. Your hair is amazing...and as people have said many times you are the brunette version of Drew Barrymore so of course you are stunning. Have a great week Julie.

  • honey you are just plateauing and if you keep with it... you will lose it. I was really injured and I wouldn't lose anything but after a while of just eating great... I started losing here and there. I am still going slow but no longer plataeuing. keep going girl.. you won't fail

  • I hope it's just a plateau!! Thing is I haven't lost weight in a long long long time. I won't quit though.

  • I've never posted a vid on Youtube before but I do follow people that do the WW diet. I really miss watching your videos on your weightloss journey. I hope all is well with you. :-)

  • Do the cohens lifestyle diet it works and you lose weight everyday look it up

  • I try to get the weight to go down but I maintain so much that I started naming my plateaus.

    Good luck breaking out and losing again.

  • Have you thought about Atkins/Low Carb for a few weeks. I bet you would lose 10 pounds

  • You have beautiful hair and eyes!!! Don't give up just start moving it will come off. My loss is really slow too and the holidays aren't helping.
