Kaga Hitech has released the Kodak ELiTe Vision KTEL-30W, a 3-inch wide portable One-Seg TV with an OLED display panel.
With a lightweight, ultra-thin body that is only 8 mm thick, the new portable TV is easy to carry, and the organic EL display panel faithfully reproduces subtle color differences with a high contrast ratio.
Unlike the One-Seg function in cell phones, this product has a viewing angle of nearly 180 degrees, making it possible for users to watch bright, clear broadcast programs without any problems.
The newly adopted organic EL display panel utilizes Kodak's Global Mura Compensation (GMC) technology as well as high performance luminescence material to achieve evenness and superior color uniformity.
The Kodak ELiTe Vision allows continuous viewing for up to 3.5 hours and weighs only 64 grams, making it the lightest One-Seg TV available today.
The new portable TV can be purchased through the Shopping Kodak on-line store for 29,800 yen.

  • this is one-seg signal receiver that works only in japan and maybe in some other asian countries, but not in usa that requires ASTC or NSTC signal receiver

  • Now you can find portable digital Tvs from $50 -$150. This is nice but really you can find something much cheaper. In 2008 there were only 2 or 3 digital tv models; with most costing at least $150. There were also some available overseas for really riduclous prices.

  • Nice, really like the oled display for longer battery life.....I wouldn't be willing to drop $300 on it, but I still like the thin design

  • how much

  • Gee, I need one of those for a long roadtrip! I wonder if you can get them in australia?

  • So,if i wanted a portable Tv with lots of channels where would be the best place to get one? And how much would i have to pay? I live in Canada.

  • I went to the kodak website & did a search for the tv model and I went to the TV specs page & it says its NSTC, so what good is it... its already outdated in the USA

  • its 280 usd and when does it come out?!!!!

  • i need one of these. Where can I get one.

  • If it'x anything like DTV you wouldn't be able to pick up any channels with such a Tiny antena.
