You're all morons. Yes he should have signed and no the cop shouldn't have tazed him. Can no-one think on a higher level than "Who blame? Me think man blame... no me think cop blame... both blame?!?....*head explodes"

Was the cops life in danger? Was the alternative to shoot him down? Was the guy getting violent? Was he being physically overpowered? no... no... no....no!....

The tazer is supposed to be to protect safety, not to leverage compliance.

I agree to a point. This was a case of a power hungry law enforcement officer that failed to be couertious and respectful of the drivers rights.At least in my state they tell you that signing the ticket is not an admission or denial of guilt. You do not have to sign the ticket.

I'm a law enforcement officer and although the man didn't sign the ticker this officer used excessive force for the purpose of his own entertainment. We are taught to learn behaviors and facial expressions etc. and in this case I'm sorry but this officer was indeed out of line. I'm sure the union and department protected him left and right but they probably shouldn't of. He did everything by the book until he refused to read him his rights. That right their in court would not hold up.

Information Pollution? That's a ironic name seeing as how you pollute the subject. Okay im gonna spell this out for you. 1 The man IS being arrested, not for speeding, but for refusing to sign the ticket. You see by signing the ticket your agreeing to appear in court, refusal one is placed under arrest to insure that one's ass is in court! So yes the man IS being arrested! (2) being tasered is for resisting arrest which is what the man did! That's what happens when actions 1 and 2 are made!

Another US NAZI cop in action...haha it is so hillarious to see cops in action of a country which looks at itself as the supreme country of the world (btw: which is absolutly not founded by fact) and they are acting like corupt and brutal cops of a third world country.But it goes in line with my own experiences on my voyages, news and experiences of others. There are exceptions but there are disproportionatly high numbers of US cops which never should have got this job.
