@nicolbyf why did you remove your comment? You can express yourself. I agree with you.

@RedMustangRN Thank you so much for saying that. I wish I had known before I committed to a nursing program. The situation is the same here in Canada. Our "system is broken", but it's not common knowledge. And, ironically, no one in Nursing leadership positions seems to be assessing, diagnosing or planning for that. Now that I've completed the program, I'm just trying to find work in the "lowest stress nursing jobs" - if there is such a thing. Any advice? Thanks again!

Low key is prime.

This interview has very good questions. It would be more realistic if the workers could speak without any way their boss could find out. The workload is a direct correlation to job burn-out (overstressed/PTSD).

Nursing is physically and emotionally abusive! Its NOT worth it. If you're a student change your major while you still can! This "career" takes and never gives!

awww I want to give her a hug and make her better. It's ok !!!
@tranurse Psych is like the easiest specialty. Overall, I highly suggest people just stay away from nursing. It's a horrible field. Bad hours. Work overload. Abuse. Harassment. Corruption. Poor pay in relation to what we do. TONS of guaranteed tuition debt. NO JOBS. THere is NO nursing shortage. I repeat...not in ANY state is there a nursing shortage. Google it for yourself. I PROMISE.
