Life In Tokyo: Vlog #26 Eats

In a bit of a change from previous videos, I decided to make a cooking video. Just to show you that its not all sushi and rice. Don't worry though there is some out door adventure as well.

Since I wasn't completely careful about explaining exactly what went into it, I recommend checking for the recipe online. Also, check out this nice you tube video where an actual Japanese person makes it...

As you'll notice her version is different from mine... for example she included noodles. Its good to point out again that this is homecooking, so in every house its different. Like asking italian mothers how to make pasta sauce, you'll get quite a few answers... maybe a fist fight. I encourage you to give it a try, and maybe add a little touch of your own!
