You can "consider" yourself mulatto all you want, but unless one of your parents is specifically black and the other specifically white, then you can't be one. Idk why so many mixed people with black and some other race and a little bit of white in their family want to consider theirselves mulatto? You don't fit the description of Mulatto as you imply. So yes, "fuck me" I don't consider you a mulatto. Why do you even want to consider yourself mulatto, it's just a stupid race, jesus.

Sorry to break bad news to you smrfox99, but the likes of 'Tiff' doesn't consider you a mulatto. Mulattoes are the kids of black and european people. Chinese are't european. You are afro asian or blasian but you're not mulatto. Sorry, you're not 'elite' enough, you don't make the grade but it kind of sounds like your parents are elitist themselves.

@MRBLACKPOWERFUL02 Actually, Mulatto is the mixture of one black & one white parents- none of them have to be from Europe to classify you as one. Being that there is nobody on this earth that is purely one race, I believe I'd fit the description; 1- being I have white in my family, 2- I have black also in my family on both sides. Either way, I'm not looking for acceptance, or whatever- to be honest, I don't care for the labels. We're all human. So fuck whomever doesn't "consider" me a mulatto.

Those are 2 nationalities, not ...races or ethnicity...Race and class DOES matter in Jamaica.  OMG. Yes, slogans and reality tend to fall short of each other. I'd like you to talk more about your...chinese relatives. Are you accepted, embraced by them? Gone back to the motherland to visit family there? Very curious. Chinese/black admixtures are very interesting.

Yes, I'm accepted by all of them, and no I haven't gone to China, closest I've ever been was Russia. I plan on going there, hopefully that can come to fruition.

@smrfox99 They don't have to be from europe but they do have to be of european decent. If 2 black ppl have a child but 1 of the parents had a great great grandfather who was white, that wouldn't make the child a mulatto. The % of white & black genes counts. If you throw other racial mixes in to the genepool, you end up with a mixed person, tri racial, or multi racial person. Juidging from what you say you have in your racial background, you are tri-racial but who's keeping track of these things.
