Arthur Marx also wrote "Everybody Loves Somebody" the story of Martin and Lewis. It is worth a read, too.

@cleancab Yes, I read where Groucho s son Arther stated he only knew of his dad crying once and that was when our beloved Harpo died. I also read Groucho envied Harpo s home life, one marriage for life and 4 childern. While I love all the Marx Bros I admit to loveing Harpo most of all.

Harpo Speaks is a brilliant book. It's for anyone who,loves a good story. I read it in two days. Could not put it down.
Harpo was by all accounts the nicest of the brothers and one of the greatest pantomime of all time. His book is one of the best autobiographies written by a Hollywood star.
