part 10 BELOW: part10: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjjvE1QXMwQ&feature=player_embedded

This the 9th part of my CryEngine SDK tutorial series. We are going to talk about the Rotate transformation tool and how 3ds max and the cryengine 3 sdk are similar. If you have any questions you can message me or send me an email at CyberGameArts@gmail.com

This video is an experiment done for fun. It demonstrates how original Monkey Island 2 backgrounds look and feel in a modern 3d game engine. The sets were built using Maya and then exported into Cryengine's Sandbox editor.
This is a followup to my other Monkey Island 2 videos that showed how to "convert" 2d concept art into 3d scenes using camera projection techiques. Check them out if you want more background info, or head over to my site.
Please comment and tell me if you like the style of this tutorial, I already have another rendering as i'm typing this.
My plan for this is, is to go over every topic possible...I know a great deal about sandbox 2 and it passed over to this so feel free to ask a question and I will make a video.
