Hey. Do you know anywhere I can find tips on Back Fly? I've just finished 10 minutes of back fly at my indoor skydiving place and holy cow, its really tough. Couldn't have any control of any sort. Got a good 3 minutes of being "stable", but otherwise a disaster. Thanks lots.

That was probably a little less then an hour of total tunnel time, and my first time being coached by TJ Landgren. TJ is a great coach, I've made some real progression since then.
