Ed Kwiek, owner of Woods Wine - Backyard Vineyard Consulting (WoodsWine.com), provides viewers with this video of the 2010 harvest. Despite the Mother's Day killing frost, and the Mid July hail damage, the Woods Wine Vineyard did produce a surprising crop... Unfortunately, the Noiret delivered a very low yield. The Traminette had lots of firm clusters, but unusually small... like a tennis ball. Corot Noir was the MVP, wait till you see this video! Life is Good! See more videos at WoodsWine7.blogspot.com.
@Coaljet The wine is a lighter red, with black cherry overtones..

Yeah, the Corot Noir is impressive just on yield alone. What does its wine taste like? I have never seen any wines made from this variety so I'm curious.
