PART 3 of 7 - M.U.S.H.A. review "Just because the graphics are better doesn't mean the game is better". Classic Game Room HD reviews MUSHA for the Sega Genesis. Arguably one of the best shmup vertical shooters ever made. MUSHA is a radical mecha like robot in this game, which had a follow up title called ROBO ALESTE.

What makes this shooting space ship arcade-style game so good? Well, lots of things. Watch the entire 7-part review of MUSHA as CGR-HD goes through every level and every detail of this stunning game from Japan. Is it better than Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga, Thunder Force 3, Gradius V or Raiden III? Watch the review.. radient! Xbox 360 Live Arcade XBLA Megadrive virtual console.

The Sega Genesis 16-Bit Mega Drive monster was arguably the greatest video game console ever made. Hits like Revenge of Shinobi, Sonic the Hedgehog, Thunder Force 3 and Streets of Rage all saw heavy action on the Genesis.

Be sure to watch the original Classic Game Room episodes. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. PS3 Wii.

  • @SkankinDevil89 Snes has about 40 shooters mate.

  • Cave shooters are so fucking annoying and belong in the Eastern Hemishere only, too fucking hard to the point of not being fun.....like AT ALL, the only Cave game I don't mind is DoDonpachi, but even that is ridiculous. Games need to be playable to be fun and if dodging a trillion bullets is fun to you than those are your games. I NEED fun for shmups!

  • @SkankinDevil89 don't sell either console short; They both had plenty of great shmups. Gradius III, Axelay, Parodius, R-Type III, and Sonic Wings are all world renowned shmups found on the SNES along side their sequels.

  • this song is the best hands down this games is boss!!!

  • @SkankinDevil89 I am glad that I have a wii because I really want a genesis but I would be missing out on classics like Super Metroid and Gradius 3. Now I dont have to because I have the wii's virtual console. Now I can get all the shmups and etc on the genesis I will buy. and get the classics that I want on the SNES. So really you dont have to choose unless you are a serious collector

Are you talking about Cave shooters? Sadly, only the mediocre Guwange is out in the West, the rest are in Japan BUT some of them are region free i.e. Mushihimesama Futari, Espgaluda 2 and Muchi Muchi Pork. Check them out at Play-Asiadotcom

  • @Terramax

Are they out on the 360? WHERE!?!?! I don't see em??? or is it another only in japan bs thing?

  • @PentruRasaAlba

That's your opinion but i don't think it "blows this shmup out of the water" because they are such different games and people may prefer action oriented games. and talking rpgs try Monster Hunter Tri. Better gameplay and music than Phantasy Star IV, which, in other words, blows that "rpg" out of the water. :)

  • @SkankinDevil89

I don't like "shmups" therefore I don't like this game. I don't want to constantly dodge bullets-- nonstop -- that's all you do in this game. I'd rather play Phantasy Star IV, if we're talking Genesis, which also has better music than this game, btw. And that's just to name one game, or one rpg, in particular, which blows this "shmup" out of the water.
