Has anyone tried this without using heat? Like overnight drying? How does it come out?
-
How many rods did you use per section?

ever thought about trimming the heat damaged ends? your hair is so pretty but i think it might help to say bye bye to those ends!

Why wash the rollers before use? And what should you use? Shampoo?

How wet is your hair?...Im trying this but I cant get the hair to stay smooth around the flexi rod and its frustrating all the videos make it look easy. My hair type is similar to yours.

@Hayovel20 #1 Don't give up! #2 It's DRIPPING wet. I smooth out the section and when I get to the end I have to stand over the sink because the water and products are dripping from the section. #3 Pull slightly, so that you get the hair smooth onto the flexi rod....watch carefully and keep trying. I made the mistake of giving up and was mad I did....once you get it you'll be fine! :) Let me know how it turns out!

Your hair is absolutely beautiful! I wonder if I can do this on short hair? I will have to try it.

@sunnyone1100 YES! Try it! :) It might take a while to get the hang of rolling them but don't give up! :)

Why did you have to use two leave-in conditioners? I read some of the reviews for the Carol's Daughter one and kept reading that it dries out the hair....

@EmpressLay I no longer use the Carol's Daughter Leave-In. No reason, just never repurchased it. I get about the same results without it. It's just an extra moisturizer. My hair loves moisture so it worked for me.
