A Museum exhibiting traditional Sake brewery process is introduced in 3D.
Nada District in Kobe City, where I am residing is the largest Sake brewery district in Japan because of the water of excellent quality, called "Miyamizu" from Mt.Rokko and also excellent rice brand called Sasanishiki, which are the critical ingredients for good quality sake.
Kikumasamune (菊正宗) is one of the most prestigious, long-established breweries in Japan. This sake is my most favorite one because of its dry nature and I am tasting every day. lol
Kikumasamune was established in the 17th century and celebrates its 350 th anniversary recently.

Sorry in Japanse only.
The background music is from the special edition for the anniversary. The title of the song is "Hajimete no machi de" means "In the first visited town", which was one of most popular commercial songs in Japan since 1975, sung by Sachiko Nishida.
I hope you will learn about the Sake making process as an introduction.
Toast with Japaneses Sake !
