I have the flu today. Felt like complete shit tonight. Fever, chills, cold sweats, headache, sinuses are plugged, a LOT of pressure in my face/head, cough, sore throat etc. Just a touch of everything except nausea haha. Pretty much ran off from adrenaline tonight on squat LOL! But 550x15 is an all-time PR for me. VERY happy about it. I am forcing fluids and food down my throat to keep my strength up. Being sick is no excuse to skip out on training...Or anything for that matter.
I try to work through being sick as well, although I rarely get sick, and if I do its like a minor cold or sore throat, i actually hit a PR on the deadlifts like a month ago with a minor cold and sore throat so it ironically brought me good luck. I want to see 700+ Maz, your overdo! You toy with 500 and 600 thats baby weight for big Maz!

nice motivation. im sick quite a lot. sometimes im so tired i dont gt outta bed, i try to not make it an excuse though lol
