The only race that can beat others are the Jaedong, which is an upgraded version of the Zerg..
Unfortunately, Jaedong the pro-gamer is the only one who's found this secret fourth race.
In fact, not even the blizzard programmers knew about it until they saw Jaedong play them.
Thy look the same as normal zerg, but defies all the rules the normal zerg has.
E.g. a 12hatch Jaedong beats a 9pool zerg most of the time.

That first clip of Reach using Dark Archon's and Maelstrom is from an old game -- Reach vs Chojja -- it's on Cholera's Pimpest Play's commentary's.
And if anyone's wondering, the 2nd clip is Bisu vs Pokju.

What game was the first one you showed with Reach's Dark Archons? I've never seen it but god knows I want to now.

there is no real race that can always beat another because the game is balanced so well. eve4ry unit has a counter for the most part, its all in the player to outplay the opponent
other than obvious build advantages. such as normally a 9pool will beat a 12hatch, stuff like that.

sc is a balanced game. each build order has a certain weakness like marines > hydras, lurkers > marines. zerglings> dragoons, zealots/ > lings. etc. just depends on skill
