Good point jvforever,,, Let me give a little example of Gov.. I live here in Rhode Island, in the early 90s we had our Credit Unions go under do to a few bad ones... The state raised the sales tax from 5% to 7% and said as soon as the state paid off its borrowing do to the bail out the sales tax will go back down to 5%... Last year they raised the sales tax to 8%... So much for lowerring.... I live on the border with MA which has 5%, where do you think I do my shopping??????

Like the woman said, wealth is created by business, not by Government. Businesses are created when people like "Joe The Plumber"

have the ambition to own their own business. If "Joe the Plumber" succeeds and achieves his dream, ,jobs are created, the economy grows, and the Government gets money.

But, if you put more and more obstacles, such as heavy taxes, in "Joe The Plumber's" way, no business will ever succeed, and everybody suffers.

The "Joe The Plumber" analogy makes sense.
