i think im gonna have to make a demonstration video...im terrible at explaining. lol...but you should have 2 people of similar sizes...one person stands and bends their knees and the other person does a handstand on their bent legs...then you just have to hold on tight and keep good balance. you haev to direct each others legs to the ground. Use their feet as if they are your hands...hope that helps :-)
