  • Ok Bob, I've asked this before and still waiting for some insight.

Can you please help me understand. Do you have to heat and

form the foam all the way up to the mold parting edge?

I thought you could have a stronger edge if you leave about

1/4 or so of exposed glass and carbon on both mold halves

    for joining the parts.

Not trying to be a pain, it just concerns me about gluing

foam to foam at the leading edge. I value any opinion you

    have on this matter. Thnx!

  • it weighs less really Bob, 300 Gr = @10.5 oz. Great job.

  • lol, you go Bob, had not thought of the nut driver, Ty...live and learn.

  • 300 grams = .661386 lb. = 10.58 oz. " 6 pounds ? I don't see that weighing 6 pounds" I had feeling it was .6 that the scale displayed. Nice work on the part, I too like seeing them come out of the mould.

  • 8:02 ?

  • Some killer lookin parts, Bob!!
