  • @Moonstarrz The really old-fashioned exercise of lying on your back and while supporting your lower back with your hands, pretend to be pedaling a bike pushing your feet in the air. Also after you do your regular cardio workout, when your blood-pressure starts to return to normal, lie on your back, head slightly down so your tummy is slightly stretched and losing heat more readily. Cut out most carbs for 3 days but make sure every 4th day you eat some carbs. This is old news but works very well.
