Does anyone know what other states Jennifer lived in other than TN? I just thought being Michael Gargiulo was guilty 4 times of butchering a woman by stabbing her in the head, he might have came through Tennessee to hideout. He killed one in California a year before, one in Ohio a year later. TN was close enough, any state was close enough, who else stabs victims in the head?

I think Grace killed her, she got the money and that's all she wanted.

This is the case where the mother lost someone a 1 million dollars in a bad stock trade, got into an argument with one of her idiot teenage neighbors, and then another argument with her violent ex, got butchered by Michael Gargiulo, but her daughter was framed for killing her because of the rich relatives on mother's side hates Noura for being Lebanese.

Grace disowned Jennifer and Noura a few months before her father was murdered, but showed up again after Jennifer was murdered.

Are you mentally deficient or just thick? She was convicted not only on the sworn testimony of numerous peers, her family, telephone records that contradicted with her poor alibi, 911 call, her actions when calling upon a neighbour for help, her demeanor post murder, her conflicting statements re the cut, etc etc WHAT SORT OF FOOL pretends it was just about some drunk teens, don't you listen, stop wasting our time with inane posts. For me, the Ah -ha moment in the trial, was when the neighbor testified that she (Noura) without hesitation, led the neighbor into the house supposedly (if you believe her story) not knowing what or who was in the house. It was obvious, that she knew there was no danger lurking inside that house when she ran into it AHEAD OF THE GUY THAT WAS CARRYING THE GUN!!!! I'm just sorry the bitch didn't get more time.

There was No evidence that noura had killed her mother no DNA linking her to the crime the clothes she wore didn't have any gravitional blood stains they found hair that didn't belong to Noura in her mothers hand that she was clutching on to and they found an unknown source of Dna on a pillow case that was Not Nouras or her mothers no blood in her car or under her nails safe to say she isn't guilty of the crime that she was convicted of .

@mistyaaa I think what the judge is saying is that she was not messed up, meaning that she was not insane, that she knew clearly what she was doing when she stabbed her mother to death.
