In Wyoming, state officials have filed a lawsuit to force the federal government to remove as many as two-thirds of the wolves in Wyoming. And, unless we stop them, as many as 200 wolves and their pups could die! Even the wolves of Yellowstone National Park could be shot on sight when they cross the park line.

In Idaho, things are even worse. The State legislature has passed a resolution to eliminate wolves by any means necessary. And the Governor has declared he wants to be the first to buy a ticket to shoot a wolf himself.

In Alaska, hundreds of wolves have already been killed, because of the barbaric policy of allowing aerial gunners to use airplanes to hunt and kill wolves. Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's Administration has announced plans to ignore public opinion and expand Alaska's controversial aerial gunning program, which threatens to kill hundreds of wolves before the end of April.

Entire wolf packs are being completely wiped out. This could be the worst massacre of wolves since the 1950's.

To make matters worse, the Federal Airborne Hunting Act gives the Bush Administration power to prevent the aerial killing of predators, but instead administration officials are turning a blind eye to the massacre of wolves.

I live in wyoming with these wonderfull wolves and its funny that when you watch this video the wolves look all cute and cuddly but funny they dont show them killing 15 sheep just to kill...or start eating an elk while its still alive. they kill domestic pets any chance they get, if you tree huggers went into wyoming to camp with your pets with wolves around kiss them good bye!but you tree huggers never see that side of it nor will you admit to it because wolves are so cute!!

IF the USFWS has said an animal has recovered,then it no longer needs to be on the Endangered Species list.Elk have recovered in ares that they were hunted out of & are now being hunted again w/o risk of them going extinct.Don't you think the same can be done for wolves?They will learn to avoid humans & the numbers will be kept to what their habitat can sustain.

I will help save at least 20 red wolves. I will get some land in texas (that is where i am moving to, and i can get about 4 acera of land) and make a wolf sanctuary there.
