This is a short video on how to make an herbal liniment. I left out one of the herb's common names in the list at the beginning, so Hypericum perforatum is St. John's Wort, for those who might see that and not know.

  • @budvics Haha true, true. I was just kind of rambling there and trying to explain why I was squeezing the cheesecloth weird. Actually it was an obsidian cut deep into the pad of my index finger, but "paper cut" seemed a lot easier and faster to say. I'm continuously amazed at the lantana (Lantana camara) plant down here though. It really sped the healing of that cut... once again. The nice thing about using herbs is you look forward to minor injuries and illness to test new plants :)

  • Well explained Sam, I have been wondering if isobutyl alcohol would work for some herbs, most I just use water.

Now on to the ribbing. Never would I have thought I would hear an operator with your background bitch about a little alcohol in a tiny paper cut. J/k Good info and thanks for putting it out. I really need to get down to take a couple of courses.
