This video is fascinating for the criminals who are responsible for the crimes against Bolivia speak as if they are not to blame. Didn't this video mention that banks were pouring money into Bolivia, which produced the hyperinflation in the first place. In other words, it was a conscious, deliberate effort with certainly knowable outcomes.
