The part where she has her memory wiped was really sad. It's ironic in a way as you have this woman (Donna) whom the entire universe and everyone is relying on her saving them, but has to have her memory wiped and her life relying on her not remembering it.

She grew so much. She was Ten's best companion.
I still kind of want her to come back, even though I know she won't.

Still one of the most heartbreaking endings Doctor Who has ever done.
Its amazing how much more I liked Donna than Rose. Donna actually GREW as a character, to the point that you could feel her pain at having to revert back to what she was when we met her for the first time.
Rose... well, she hasn't really changed at all.
