After his huge hit of last year 'Stand Up', it's finally time for Shogun Audio label boss and D&B scene-leading DJ, Friction, to step back into the studio for his first solo release of 2011. As you'd expect from the infamous quartz-lock kid this one straddles the vibe divide switching from the uplifting to the downright dirty, much like his astounding DJ sets that have destroyed clubs across the globe over recent years.

'Someone' sees Friction looking to the warmer months with what has summer anthem written all over it. Featuring the soaring vocal talents of the UK soul star Mclean jumping onto a fresh and clean bed of twinkling pads with a pristine break underneath, 'Someone' is without doubt the sunshine after the rain. @rowanlewisuk I think I know the headphones you are talking about. They are pretty good but I think the price is really high only because of the looks. I almost drooled just looking at them XD I think the skullcandy hesh are just as good but they dont get as loud and they are very fragile. I think skulcandy is a good company but they are so mainstream so i feel like there has to be better ones out there other than beats and skullcandy.

@rowanlewisuk Beats? Like the headphones? Way over priced. They are mostly for quality. Shullcandy crushers, on the other hand, are only 50-60 dollars and have subs in them. you can also adjust the bass on them.
