@LMTR14 There's more than one way to give the impression of depth, and an isometric view is but one of them. Games like Zelda and Secret of Mana are not isometric, regardless of whether there are balconies that seem to be higher than everything else.

google: define: isometric perspective, if you want to learn more about this.
