Director of the Aerospace Control Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology [MIT], Prof. Dr. Jonathan P. How [Ph.D.], spoke at the seminar organised during the biennial Aero India Air Show held in the Indian city of Bengaluru [Bangalore] in the month of February in 2011.

He talked the various challenges and technologies that need to be developed and validated in order to develop a fully autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle [UAV] that would be capable of operating in the airspace alongside other manned and unmanned aircrafts, free of human involvement during the course of its flights.
