@dinowolf101 near 700 I think but you don't have to follow every episode since its episodic, as long as you watch the first couple of eps u can pretty much skip to wherever and keep watching

I love Detective Conan! it's the only anime that I still follow (although I'm not following every single episode) since I started it 10 years ago. It is very special to me. Some of the cases in the earlier episodes (up until around 300) were really good and unexpected, unfortunately it does become repetitive but you know it can't be helped coz the anime is 15 years old. The next I would recommend are the movies, i like movies 5, 6, 8, 10, 14 (haven't watched movie 1-4 and 15)

if you think about it Detective conan is a genius show because of the format... it has an ongoing story (like bleach and naruto) but the way it is presented is that it also allows for filler to slide in seamlessly. and it can easily be extended without hurting the plot. now the onlyy mistake is due to the characters not aging some clues shouldnt be there now so i say let them age a tiny bit like 2 years.
