@pointlesssowhat in spiritual teachings that stress transformation [vs. beliefs] karma is repetitive mental-emotions within the self.

ok lady pick up the pace!
-
@pointlesssowhat the problem with that analysis is there is separation. there is "you" and there is "the universe".
-
Thank you!

@pointlesssowhat Don't know that I can clarify it for you but this vid helped me to see how my karma, or 'demons' as negative unconscious content is sometimes called in the West, is entirely 'mechanical' but can be gradually dissolved by 'presence' or 'grace', i.e. a higher function beyond normal thinking/feeling. 'Balance sheet' karma benefits priests and gurus but is to my mind a perversion of the nature of this stuff. Presence or our connection to our higher self takes care it.

I somewhat agree with Eckhart. There are various degrees of karma that is basically the Law of Attraction, the vibrational choice of a certain frequency - "What you put out is what you receive". Once one becomes aware and aligned with Source then he/she consciously creates karma of high vibration and wonderful potentials. It has a high vibrational frequency that is in concert with the well-being of Source whose mantra is - All is Well, Always.

Her tone of voice did not change once and he is just putting a bunch of big words together. This is ridiculous.

@vedantstudy thank you for the clarification:)

getting rid of conditioning/tought would also mean to forget language or other basic skills like walking.
also, advaita doesnt answer questions like how we create morality or altruism.
think about it. if you were consciousness and only that, everybody would live a life like a rock. just an aware rock.
brilliant! :)

I am totally confused...I thought that karma was in a sense the universe's energy of redirecting your negative or positive actions back to you in another form. Can someone please clarify or correct me?
