The United States and India have signed agreements concerning weapons sales and civilian nuclear technology Monday [July 21st]. The agreements come as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits India. On the five day trip, the leaders have discussed climate change and India's relationship with Pakistan. VOA's Ravi Khanna looks at the U.S. goals for the visit and the rift over limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
