everything doesn't have to come from japan, you know
it did have that american style and was silly at times but it was not a bad cartoon.

theres another thing to look into is super adventure rock man for saturn first person shooter with cartoon play kinda like dragons lair in between action parts but the anime looks like the ova series but the game goes for a ridiculus amount of cash on ebay and i have yet to find an iso to use on an emu but would like to check it out and its all in jap tho so be a tough one but if u got a saturn i do beleive a us saturn will play imports but i do believe u need a mod chip to play burnt games

@hemuli12345 I just feel like Megaman was always supposed to have a short body, so in my opinion a kid looks way better than the more manish teenage body.

i can help clear up all the clips some r from the orgional cartoon released in the u.s. early 90's some of the clips r from the ova jap series that did get released in the u.s. u can buy it on amazon.com for 30 bux called megaman upon a star and the other oddball ones r from a shooter pick your path type game superadventure rockman which was only releasd in japan.

It's from the three-episode Rockman OVA series. It was released on U.S. DVD by ADV, but it's out of print. I forget which episode it was from... #3, I think....
