why do you get on your knee's? it just wastes time, especially on fast runners. That foot work from fielding the groundball helps get momentum and help get the ball over there faster. other than that nice job!

You would only want to put your knee down at second base, thats ussually about it

never put your knee down and you arent even seeing the ball all the way in.... to properly see it all the way in you should just about have your head in your jock
