In our education system, typically a student spends 16-18 yrs of his life in getting educated and obtaining a degree. It is surprising that even after such a long period of schooling and college, what comes out is still not Industry ready. Lakhs of students pass out every year only to find out their lack of employability followed by hopelessness.
