  • I have very long legs and a short upper body. I'm built like Kermit the Frog. Does that put me at a disadvantage when trying to improve the flexibilty in my legs? I have tight hips and would like to improve my flexibility. When trying to do the butterfly, it is hard for me to push my knees down to the floor. If I do the stretches in your video, will I be able to push my knees to the floor at some point? How long does it take to improve flexibility? Months? Years? Thanks for the great videos.

  • I know stretching is important but I was wondering how often should u stretch? Everyday for a lil while or is it like 3 times a week or what?

  • you obviously know everything there is to know about Stretching... ...I am a beginner and among other things I wanna be able to do FULL SPLITS and be as flexible as you. I am 35y.o. ( is it still possible ? ) I am fit and lean but not flexible !!
