@SpiritualMediumSarah - you are missing the point. "I can fake that I can paint-doesn't make artists fiction" One lousy analogy. No one is saying psychics (etc) are fiction. The claimed abilities appear to be as no one has ever demonstrated them under controlled conditions.
People attack Randi as being merely a magician. So what? It boils down to the fact it is hard to fool him, whereas folks who claim special abilities can easily fool Joe Public.
Less of the Randi attacks & more facts.

@SYCHIC1 You're correct. James Randi is not a scientist, he is an illusionist-He is not intending to part with his money. He intends to make money from the publicity.There are many scientists and researchers interested in the paranormal and they are conducting real studies with interesting evidence. James' contract is not well done and all he proves is that he is both judge and jury and that people can fake anything-but I can fake that I can paint-doesn't make artists fiction.
