Piles is a common term used to this infllmmed small meaty material in the wall of person anus that sometimes hurt when they pass feces or stools. The medical term is hemorrhoids.

This is not our intention to destroy the beauty of this hit song by AXL Rose or the classic music video. We just used it as a vehicle to widen the people awareness about certain people who have piles.

This disease is common to people who sits all the time like arrangers, watchmaker, factory worker, desks employee, computer programmer, internet surfer, you named they can have it. This debilitating condition can give afflicted person years and years of ass pain.

SOmetimes this is one of the emergency cases in the emergency department when the piles are bruised by hard stools especially people who ate less fibers for the past days and blood from their ass comes out like hell. This is worse than mentruation, and when the guys have this, they sometimes faint seeing themselves in this kind of condition.
