  • if you are training a schutzhund dog, should you stick with jute in training or can you use french linen and the dog will still bite jute. I have a linen sleeve and am making an order for more equipment. Wondering if I shouldnt get at least 1 jute material tug. Thanks

  • @Hudson2012 No matter what the dog is being trained for, whether it's Schutzhund, Mondioring, etc., we want the dog to be comfortable biting all materials - leather, jute, linen, rubber, etc. We actually have a great video on preventing equipment bias - youtu[dot]be/UnT2-tSQOzE Substitute the [dot] for a . YouTube does not allow links in their comments.

  • What bite wedge does he show in that video?

  • @K9SolutionsLLC We don't carry that exact model, but it's very similar to this one leerburg[dot]com/896.htm
