Den dangled the 'Daddy Carrot' in front of Dennis and he fell for it...I felt sad for him but frustrated at the same time...Den promised him family....Made him believe that he was confusing his love for Sharon cause he never had any love in his life...clever argument, but loads of lies...Den never gave a toss about anyone but Sharon, and loved her a little too much...Dennis hit the nail on the head confronting Den in the pub with the sick truth..I think Dennis was right.

Den basically told Dennis that he was confusing his "love" for Sharon from sisterly to something else because he was abused as a child

Hard for Dennis to decide between Sharon and Den, Vicky and Sharon (as family not lover).
Weird because Den's speech to Dennis was right and just like that Dennis does want his dad and wants his sister. If Sharon was biological then would make things a whole lot easier!
