But, there is plenty of authentic NASA stock footage and audio clips that could support the idea of extraterrestrial activity of some kind in the general vicinity of the earth/on the path to the moon.

The only picture I know was real was the one with the "pyramids", which is certainly interesting, but most of those pictures are CLEARLY fake... Some of those that aren't obviously fake could still easily be fake... It's so easy to fake pictures like these with picture editing technology now widely available to the public, no one should take them at face value...
