  • I was taught to say 'naku!" when surprised but, i can't see you being wrong.

  • @roguemale57 I could easily be wrong, :=) I readily admit that. It's just that I'm speaking from what I hear and have experienced.

  • its nicer to here . wala palang masyadong tao eh. . rather than "hindi pla maraming tao e".. :)

  • Yes, Tama ka. Thank you for your helpful comments.

  • @watchdog2007 Ok lang po.Payag ako, halimbawa,"ikaw pala ng nanalo ang lotto"Maraming salamat.

  • @roguemale57 for me, "naku" has a more negative connotation like say "argh! why u did that!?" (naku! why did u do that?!). "pala" is a pleasant surprise like you weren't expecting it.

  • i think "pala" is used when you're surprised to see/notice something that you are not expecting or opposite to what you are expecting..

  • @Picto58 Thanks for your helpful comments!

  • @MagicMaximo

Tama po yan..."hindi pala maraming tao eh!" or another way saying it...

Hindi NAMAN pala maraming tao eh! In this situation you are surprised that there are no people around.

  • its just an expression bud :)...
