HAHAHA whata HAppy Couple There in Bed hahahaha ONe Hand on his shoulder.. Who sleeps like that. NICE WORK THO.. could have done with one of those last night!
Even though I like the Breathe Right nasal strips I've noticed that after 2 or 3 weeks of using them each night that it's started to permanently widen/stretch out my nose. At first this side effect would go away after taking the strip off but now it seems to last longer. Also it only helps with prividing like 25% more air flow.
I gaged on one of those. It says place on back of tongue but it would automaticaly get stuck to the roof of my mouth and one night when it did stick to my tongue it didn't disoslve fast enough and I gaged. I like the spray better it's safer. But I buy the Rite Aid version of the snore spray because it's cheaper and lasts months longer. Breathe Right spray lasts about 1 month were as the Rite Aid spray bottle lasts almost 3 months.
