How to Make Vietnamese Egg Soda

The delicious, exotic goodness of V. Egg Soda!!! I was a bit reluctant to try this at a restaurant my friends and I went to but I'm glad I did! Sooo delicious! And it's actually easy to make, so save yourself $3.50 and make it yourself! (Though I'd recommend trying the restaurant version before doing it yourself, so it's easier to imitate the egg-soda-condense milk proportion)

You never know until you try! Haha jk. While there are dishes that involve raw egg, this itself isn't actually raw. A chemical reaction occurs between the yolk and the soda. if you're worried, just mix them together thoroughly.

One time I wasn't very careful and dropped some egg white into the soda as well. I noticed it turned from the clear slime it is originally into the whitish solid substance similar to what you see cracking an egg into boiling water.

it looks pretty good but i dont know were to get condence milk or club soda but if i ever get all the ingriedents ill be sure to make it i promise becuase it looks so good yummmm!

You can get club soda at any grocery store, and I think they should also have condense milk there too. I usually get mine from Superstore ^-^ If you can't find them, just ask the people that work there...sometimes I have problems tracking down the condense milk too lol.

It's a Vietnamese drink, the glasses are from Japan and the drink tastes good lol.

i thot the mug was from a 'magic bullet' mixer and i was thinkin - oh oh, wunder where the rest of it went? cause if u ever did try that in a magic bullet, it really would be 'da bomb |O_O| BOOM!!! lolz quik everybody! get this stuff cleaned up b4 my mum comes home!! somebody run to the store and buy 5lbs of toothpaste to cover the hole in the ceiling!!!!!
