Before this most the kids were scared they really didn't have a coach to spot. I got the i worked them hard but they seemed to really like me they would come running to me and jump in my lap. I eventually had parents wanting me to do private lessons cause their child had never made it to state untill i got their they made it...

again just to coach with her without expecting pay would be wonderful. I know in my heart I could do this on my own. I have studied since 92 every day watching gymnastics tapes over and over since my dream ended i want to take a kid to the olympics. I lay in bed at night creating moves up in my head. I have coached womens aa . And within 1 month I took 10 kids and got them to do their back handspring.

try doing handstand stepping down on your bad leg. also cartwheels with your back against a wall, touch just your toes to the floor and then the other leg (not coming out of the handstand.) also focus on keeping your head in.

can u guys put a video on tips to get your cartwheel on beam? i try it on a beam line but im still having trouble getting it
