  • I take 2 gloves a day. Sometimes I take 4. I always take my galic with flaxseed. I chop the garlic into tiny cubes and drink it with my flaxseed mixture (water and ground flaxseed). I use whole flaxseed. I use a coffee grinder to grind it. It's a powerful potion, especially if you are athletic, it helps with breathing and muscle repair. Peace.

  • Do you have any evidence then? Evidence contrary to the huge mass of evidence which recommends garlic that is.

  • @mrbilingual hey slow your role...I just saying what has been said by many respected and reputable professionals for decades. So if I am wrong,,,I can't do the studies myself. Also It is also said the Mediterranean diet is the most healthiest in the world. At any rate there are countless ways to have a healthy diet. One just have to go with what's makes since to them....

  • THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!! I am so tired of hearing folk talk about how slim Europeans are. Europe is full of obesed women and almost all of the grandmother aged females. I lived there, and I did not see any Hollywood or South Beach bodies. The USA is the most body image country in the world. Millions of folk lose weight every year by choice. There are more health clubs in the USA than grocery stores in Europe. Why not give credit where it is due and stop the sensationalizing!!

  • Garlic is awesome the alergy talk is not true thats just people with a large yeast build up in the body that reacts with the garlic or so im told god bless guys

  • I try to eat at least 2 cloves a day.... on bread... with thin cut cheese ... that little bit of cheese takes the edge off the garlic... great stuff..
